My name is Stephanie
I live in the South Okanagan Valley in BC with my two yellow English Labs, Bud and Jake.
I have a daughter, who works in the Health Care field.
I love gardening, camping, quadding, fishing - anything to do with nature! I can often be found walking with my boys, along the path by the river nearby our home. In the springtime, I find my happy place in my greenhouse, starting my veggie garden plants and especially the heirloom tomato plants.
I am often reading and looking into natural alternatives for whatever crosses my path.
Most recently I got my motorcycle license and am excited to be able to have the freedom to explore more of the backroads and lakes of the beautiful country we live in.
I’ve always worked in the customer service industry, as I love helping people.
I met Michelle and Barb a few years back through work, and we have joined forces, and combined all our strengths to continue to help people in a unique way.
Having become a widow at a young age, has made me take a different outlook on life. I want to help people feel better (health wise) and allow them to have more free time (and the funds) to do what they desire, as I can surely tell you, life is too short.

Just a quick note about myself, Barb Barley.
Hi there.
I’ve just celebrated 30 years married with my wonderfully kind-hearted husband, Jeff. We have two adult kids and three amazing grandkids. Family and close friends mean the world to me, and I’m so grateful to live with my husband, mom and brother in Oliver, BC, located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. My husband and I moved to Oliver in 2010 to help my mom with dad. A few years ago, we were happy to help my husband’s mom and brother relocate, just down the road from us. I met both Stephanie and Michelle in the spring of 2011 and quickly became the close friends we are today.
The highlight of our summer, every year, is truly when our grandkids come to visit for what started as two weeks and promptly turned into five. I’m ever so fortunate to have this time with these beautiful little ones.
Our family loves animals and our home has been home to a few furry ones over the years. I now fondly smile when thinking of the ones we’ve lost over the rainbow bridge, as we introduce yet two more rescues into our fold.
My passions in life are family, close friends and helping others. My heart is fullest when I’m spending time with those I love or helping others. Most recently, helping others live their best lives. I’ve always been interested in a natural approach to health care as well as the incredible beauty of all things in nature. My favourite distractions are golfing and spending time outdoors enjoying the stillness, peace, and beauty.
